Our Annual Report
Each year, Cardigan Centre produces an Annual report which is presented to the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The report sets out the achievements of the previous 12 months and our plans for the forthcoming year as well as publishing a summary of the charities accounts.

HEADLINES FOR 2011
This year has been one which has seen some significant changes to the organisation, not least of which was the departure of Centre manager Penny Bainbridge who left in August 2011 after leading the Cardigan Centre for 19 years.
Thanks to the Transition fund, the centre was able to invest in a number of projects which strengthened our ability to meet the challenges of the coming years. A more robust and integrated IT system is now in place, including the development of the new website; the Senior Management of the Centre has been strengthened; and key areas of work such as Volunteering, Health and 16-19 learning are now in a better position to develop.
